Yoga is designed to allow you into those depth of yourself, and that is what Lily strives for by sharing the true essence of yoga throughout her classes. Teaching from a place of understanding that the physical component of yoga, asana, is the mere entry point to the true meaning of what yoga is. 

With a special focus on breath and movement, Lily guides her student’s towards building a connection between the two, deepening their connection to self. Classes flow through various strengthening and stretching poses whilst a close attention is paid to correct postural alignment. Offering modifications and hands on assistance to ensure students are practicing safety and correctly, with an end goal of her students feeling stable, calm and connected within.

Classes always include meditation, which is an ancient practice of quieting the mind and bringing presence into the body, and pranayama, which are breathing techniques, both of these practices can truly help guide any individuals towards finding an inner sense of self and letting everything else go in the process.
