If you like to build a weekly yoga practice this 8-week yoga series is for you!
By committing to this 8 week yoga series, you will be motivated to deepen your yoga practice whilst taking in all of the incredible benefits yoga has to offer. These yoga classes are for students who have a basic understanding of yoga or are currently working with an injury to students that have been practicing for years, as everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
With a Hatha based teaching style and special focus’ on breath, correct postural alignment, strengthening and stretching poses and meditation. Lily offers modifications and hands on assistance in classes to ensure all students are practicing safely and correctly, with an end goal of her students feeling calm and connected within.
It is highly recommended for students to attend each and every class of this course as there is a progressive process of the classes, building on from each. With new elements continually introduced to the classes to encourage students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of yoga.
